US DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Orders are shipped throughout the United States using USPS. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the carrier.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Kiwi Studio ships to many countries worldwide! International shipping times and costs vary depending on your location. Please note that buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.
RETURNS
Because every item is handmade, illustrated, or produced in small batches, I currently do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
However, if there's an issue with your order, please don't hesitate to contact me. I want every customer to have a great experience and will do my best to help find a solution.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact me within 7 days of delivery.
When reaching out, please include:
Your order number
A brief description of the issue
Clear photos of the item and packaging
This helps me resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
LOST PACKAGES
Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is unfortunately outside of my control.
If your package appears lost or delayed, please contact the shipping carrier first using your tracking information. If you still need assistance afterward, feel free to reach out and I'll gladly help however I can.
